Diagnostic criteria:
- Episodes of headache fulfilling all but one of criteria A-D for 2.2 Frequent episodic tension-type headache
- Not fulfilling ICHD-3 criteria for any other headache disorder
- Not better accounted for by another ICHD-3 diagnosis.
